Who is the program for?

  • Gridiron players (mens, womens and juniors) who want to get stronger, faster and improve their agility
  • Limited to just 10 athletes
  • Max of 5 athletes per group to make it as personalised as possible

How much does it cost?

10 Week Pre-Season Strength and Speed Program

  • 10 x 60 minute weekly small group sessions
  • 10 week training program with 2 additional strength training sessions per week
