- Gridiron players (mens, womens and juniors) who want to get stronger, faster and improve their agility
- Limited to just 10 athletes
- Max of 5 athletes per group to make it as personalised as possible

10 Week Pre-Season Strength and Speed Program
- 10 x 60 minute weekly small group sessions
- 10 week training program with 2 additional strength training sessions per week
