PK Fit

PK Fit is A high intensity circuit and team challenge/boot camp style fitness class. Developed using basic movements from Parkour such as running, jumping and quadrupedal movements, PK Fit provides a full body workout to increase speed, strength and endurance.

No previous experience in Parkour is needed. This class is not for the faint hearted!
