Weightlifting

Our Weightlifting class is designed to make weight training accessible to members of all levels.
 
Combining elements of olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and bodybuilding, the goal of the program is to improve lower body strength, power, endurance and fitness.
 
The main movements we focus on are:
 
  • Deadlift
  • Squat
  • Bench Press
  • Clean and Jerk
  • Snatch
