Each area has a wide range of equipment, tools and floor space to allow you to truly explore new movements and advance your training.
Strength and Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning area includes 12 olympic lifting platforms, 6 sets of gymnastic rings and a two lane 20m sled track for sprints. We will also have a full set of pro grade kettle bells from 8-48kg, suspension training tools and a range of resistance bands for progressions and assistance.
Gymnastics and Hand Balancing
Our gymnastics area features 6 sets of high rings, 8 sets of lower practice rings, a 15m long handstand wall, a 50sqm bamboo locomotion and hand balancing floor and a number of sets of parallettes.
Our calisthenics area features parallel bars for dips, horizontal bars for flags, monkey bars for mixed grip work and a variety of different bar heights for advanced movements.
Parkour and Freerunning
Designed in conjunction with Perth Parkour our parkour training area features the ultimate variety of challenging movements and flows within an indoor environment. High bars for laches, tall obstacles for wall runs and arm jumps as well as mini trampoline and a crash mat for tricking and acrobatics.
Our climbing area includes four bouldering walls up to 4.5m off the landing mat including vertical, 15 degree, 30 degree and 45 degree faces. In addition we will have a climbing training area with a campus board and hang boards with grip training tools.
