What is Parkour?
Parkour is a whole body movement practice that focuses on developing the fundamental attributes required for movement, which include balance, strength, power, endurance, precision, spatial awareness and creative vision. It is a way of training the body and mind in order to be as completely functional, effective and capable as possible in navigating any terrain or environment. Parkour movements include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, swinging and vaulting.
Beyond this simple explanation, however, parkour is a discipline of self-improvement on all levels. The practitioner will be continuously exposed to his or her own physical and mental limits and simultaneously discover methods to surpass them.

We have designed a full range of programs for children aged from 5 through to 17 years old that combines physical skills such as jumping, running, climbing, rolling and balancing with mental skills such as risk assessment, judgement, self awareness.
Your child will develop confidence in their growing body and learn to move in incredible new ways.
Our teen parkour classes are designed to progress kids on from our kids program classes or for new comers to parkour between the ages of 13-17

Our adult parkour classes are designed to teach the fundamental movements of parkour while increasing strength and mobility to enable healthy movement.
