We are the only parkour gym in Perth with a full-time coach.

What is Parkour?

Parkour was founded by David Belle and originates from the French term “le parcours” meaning “the course”. Developed from military obstacle course training techniques it focuses on getting from A to B as quickly and efficiently as possible using combinations of running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling and quadrupedal movements.

Parkour practitioners, known as traceurs, move dynamically through urban environments by problem solving and quickly adapting to new situations.

Our Parkour coaches will help you develop the speed, strength and agility required to achieve the incredible flow of movement that an experienced traceur showcases. These skills are impressive and invaluable alone but they will also dramatically improve your ability to move efficiently and make quick decisions in other disciplines and in your chosen sport.
