One of the features often lacking in body weight training programs such as calisthenics, gymnastics and climbing is lower body strength and conditioning.

Our Strength class uses athletic training methods such as Olympic lifting, powerlifting, kettlebells and suspension training to increase power and strength for jumping, sprinting and improved agility.

Explosive movements and sled intervals are included to condition the whole body to perform better in other disciplines as well as outside the gym in other sports.

Our Strength program is designed to compliment the other classes at Movement Co and help our members grow into the ultimate well rounded movers.
