Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to make weight training accessible to members of all levels.
Combining elements of olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, functional training and cardio, the goal of the program is to improve lower body strength, power, endurance and fitness.
The main movements we focus on are:
- Deadlift
- Squat
- Lunge
- Clean and Jerk
- Jumping
- Running
