Our Saturday Movement Workshops are a FREE 90 min workshop series with a different topic each week.

The weekly topics are chosen by our coaches and focus on areas that we are passionate about sharing but don't get to teach in class as much.

PREREQUISITES - It is recommended but not mandatory to be able to do a cartwheel as the workshop will start with the basic cartwheel and then take it to strange new places
