Our program is designed to provide the perfect balance of upper and lower body strength, mobility and skill development and members will get the most value by attending 3-5 days per week.

Basic Membership Terms
- Memberships are billed 4 weekly via direct debit
- You can cancel any time with 7 days notice before your next debit
- Memberships can be suspended between 2 weeks to 3 months for travel, illness or injury
If you're unable to make it to the gym 3+ times per week due to other commitments we completely understand and have created some options where your can attend 1-2 classes each week to compliment your main training or to simply suit your budget.
