Our Mobility class is designed to help you develop strength at your end range of motion.

By opening and strengthening your shoulders, hips and spine through a combination of weighted and bodyweight movements we aim to develop a more resilient body that is bulletproofed from injury.

The main movements we focus on include:

  • Front splits
  • Middle split (Pancake)
  • Thoracic bridge
  • Shoulder extension
  • Shoulder flexion
  • Forward folding
