Join us this Saturday 23rd May from 8-10am for a FREE Open Day.
Our Open Day is for anyone who is curious about training at Movement Co and wants to experience our unique approach to strength, skill, mobility, and movement.
Across the morning, our coaches will take you through a sample of the classes and training methods we are known for, including Handstands, Bodyweight and Mobility.
You’ll learn new skills, receive guidance from our coaching team, and get a feel for how we help people build stronger, more capable bodies.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Handstands
Learn the foundations of handstand training in a safe and structured way. Whether you are completely new to being upside down or already working on your handstand, our coaches will help you understand the key positions, progressions, and drills.
Bodyweight
Experience how we build strength using your own bodyweight. You’ll be introduced to scalable progressions that suit different levels, helping you develop control, confidence, and strength through movements such as pullups, dips, lever holds, planche and other bodyweight exercises.
Mobility
Explore mobility training designed to improve flexibility, control, and freedom of movement. Our approach goes beyond passive stretching and helps you build usable range of motion that supports better training and everyday movement.
WHO IS THE OPEN DAY FOR?
Our open day is suitable for all levels.
You may be completely new to this style of training, returning to exercise, or already experienced in strength training, calisthenics, handstands, or mobility work.
You do not need to be strong, flexible, or highly skilled to attend. The session will be coached and scaled so you can participate at a level that is appropriate for you.
