I agree to the below terms.
At Movement Co, we do everything we can to make training safe, fun, and supportive. That said, Parkour involves physical activity that carries some risk. We want to make sure you understand that before your child/children get started.

Please read and agree to the following:

- I understand that Parkour involves running, jumping, climbing, and other physical activities. Like any sport or physical activity, there is a risk of injury — including sprains, bumps, bruises, or more serious injuries (although rare).
- I understand that Movement Co coaches will supervise and guide my child/children to make sure the activities are age-appropriate and as safe as possible.
- I agree to let my child/children participate at their own risk.
- I take full responsibility for their decision to take part and won’t hold Movement Co, its staff, or coaches legally responsible for any injury or accident that might happen during training.
- I confirm my child/children are fit and healthy enough to take part in physical activity. If they have any medical conditions, I’ve included it in the notes above.
- In case of an emergency, I give permission for Movement Co staff to provide first aid or call for medical help.
- Photos and videos: I give permission for Movement Co to take photos or videos during classes to use for training, promotion, or social media. Your child will not be identified in the content.
