I completed the 7 day trial here and really enjoyed it. The trial is a good opportunity to try out all the different class types. This is not the usual gym, here you train in callisthenics, handstands, flexibility, mobility and weightlifting. The classes are fun and challenging, and the instructors are very helpful. They can give you easier options to build up your strength and everyone can work at their own level in the classes. Thanks guys.

Fay was amazing with the kids for Benji's 6th birthday party. Fay was especially great at encouraging those that could do the skills and assisting those where it was a challenge -everyone loved it

One the best day activities for the kid during school holiday. Even with staff shortages, the team still managed to keep heap of the little ones entertained. Never knew Parkour was this good. As for adult, I loved their gym schedule and activities.

Such an amazing set up for many different uses!! While we were there we saw strength training, gymnastic and flexibility training and kids parkour training. Great teachers, top facilities ample parking and room to watch. My Son can't wait to come back again next week.

Amazing coaches and staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere and a really supportive culture. Any one will feel welcome and comfortable here, everyone has their own goals and the classes and coaches will help them achieve them. I put off coming here for a year because of a half hour drive each way, I really wish I'd started sooner, it's worth the drive.
